Is it me, or does it seem like there is a baby boom this year?

It seems like everyone I know is having babies this year.  I know some people are trying on purpose for Year of the Dragon, but even lots of my white friends are getting pregnant, and not even trying.  It could also be that I am noticing it more because I am pregnant, but, it really seems to me there are just more this year.  Anyone notice any differences this year?
