Saw Thor. I guess he's Marvel's answer to DC's Superman.

The story was kind of bland and some of it seemed  rushed.

But I was surprised most of all by the inclusion of an asian guy. When I first saw him, I thought they were gonna make him the bad guy.

Turns out that he's one of Thor's warrior friends and he's one of the good guys. He seems like a strong kick-ass type of guy. I'm shocked.

Fuck Batman.

Even though "Bane" is supposed to be the villain in Batman 3, I know that they'll find some way to throw in a random asian guy as a villain also, just like they did in Batman 1 and 2.

going by that standard, then Captain America probably was the best AM portrayal of 2011 - since it was an Asian-American guy who was recruited out of the 442nd.

however, like your YoungTurks post it's still just second fiddles (at most) and we never really seen him with any humanity.

AM filmmakers got to step up to the plate and have stories with primarily AM leads.   haolewood ain't going to anytime soon that's for sure.
