(User Info | Send a Message) | I'm not in favor of the government doing anything to leftists--that would be drooping down to leftists' own moralistic and power-hungry level. I just happen to think that leftist thought is highly destructive and divisive and best done without. Leftists seem to be adept at making even the most successful people (if they fall into some protected group) become tribal and resentful. Thus, Asians, Jews, white women, and upper-middle class blacks and Latinos who whine about discrimination as they get their fat paychecks.
As an aside, the remark about illegal aliens in the "Eliminationism in America" link is silly. Illegal aliens broke into the country. On top of that, the vast majority of illegals are poor peasants with low education, low skills, and low IQ*. Does America really need more peasants with an 8th grade education, whether legal or illegal? Is every warm body with color in their skin an automatic boon?**
*The "low IQ" part is important here, because it well explains the poor performance (on average) of Latinos even in the 2nd, 3rd, and later generations.
**To be honest, if illegals and Hispanics in general were as successful as Asians, I'd probably be on the pro-amnesty side. But the fact is that they are not, and are a horrible economic drain on America, not to mention a blight (ever been to Santa Ana, East LA, or South LA?) |
