I'm not going to argue against anyone else's points, because obviously people won't change their whole-life views based on an internet discussion, but I will clarify my own, to the benefit of those who misunderstood me.

As occured on another post as well, Seraphfire has very simply accused me of being "naive" and repeating "white propaganda". First of all, in this, there is the implicit idea that I'm separating myself from the Asian race, secondly, that I believe racism is not an issue/doesn't exist. Now, if those two points were true, then I certainly wouldn't be helping AA empowerment right? Exactly. So, instead of writing a lengthy argument, I will just ask 4 questions about the criticisms.

1. Am I separating myself from all other AM or am I seeking to share my experience with other AM, and learn from them as well, by posting my life story on this internet forum and awaiting the criticisms that fall?
2. By advocating perseverance and Asians being proud of and spreading our culture (varied tho it may be) through success in America, am I giving advice to counteract racism or am I ignoring the existence of racism? If I believed no racism existed, would I advocate continued empowerment at all?
3. In every civil rights movement around the world, did individuals who stood up for what was right through nonviolent confrontation and teaching others (Gandhi, MLK, Rosa Parks) only achieve individual empowerment or did they benefit their entire race by cultivating the young minds of their race and reforming the racist minds of the oppressors?
4. How do you (seraphfire) and (giantgrowth) propose we end racism?

After answering, I see no conflict.
