As a matter of law:
1. If you trespass on my property I have the right to berate you in any manner I see fit for you to sod off, and if you refuse to leave I am in my rights to beat the piss out of you.
2. To be legally insane, one must prove that the person lacked a ability to create a mindset to commit the act. An insanity defense is quite difficult and requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt of insanity.
3. When a crime occurs which would anger the blood of those who would compose the jury, it is not only prudent, but constitutionally required that the venue of the case be changed to somewhere with less emotion.
AS a matter of fact:
1. The whites retreated becasue they were unarmed.
2. With a semi auto rifle a 14 year old could smoke 8 people at near point blank.
3. Mr. Vang was TRESPASSING, as stated earlier, it was the owners full right to step up and demand his departure. |
