and what a japan-phile is this douchebag? for you to absolve imperial japan and the chain of command and citizens is no less to distort history books like the current japanese nationalists. why are you so vested to defend the meiji reign?

to say that ameriKKKa as a collective is absolved of guantanamo, abu gharab and other abuses is to make a mockery of international law and justice. whether you admit it or not, every citizen who benefits from the results of such action: ie. oil, is responsible for the acts of the government. to say that the chain of command is innocent of "faulty intelligence" and didn't order the violation of the rules of the geneva convention is to invite further attacks by alqaeda and they'd be justified since ameriKKKa doesn't seem to obey the rules they hypocritically want others to follow.

in this sense, imperial japan was guilty and if the citizens didn't speak out then they went with the program and are just as guilty as you who drive SUVs and drive to the corner store and get fat off the blood for oil of others.
