Selling out is the natural reaction given the socialization of AA women in America."
You're right. We can't blame the poor AF because she has no brain whatsoever to think for herself. She is a numb-minded zombie to the media. It is as if the AF is in a trance, unable to understand that all decisions have consequences - not just for self, but for greater communities as well.
Jesus F. Christ. I am so freaking sick and tired of hearing this tripe over and over.
People are responsible for their own decisions. If AFs sell out at this rate - and the greater Asian community disses them, disrespects them, shuns them...they have a choice.
-- Sell out. Be your WMs Asian ***** toy.
-- Don't sell out. Be respected by the Asian community.
If AFs weren't so weak-minded and shallow (not all, but the large percentage of sell-outs), then the media would reflect this reality and you would see better representations of AM/AFs.
Media doesn't CREATE reality. It only mirrors it.
Simple.
