The broad femenist movement which called into creation the prohibition against alcohol as one of its primary planks, essentially created organized crime in the US. Intention aside, it was cause and effect.

These days, the drug prohibition finances it.

Ah, I was talking about the increasingly common propensity of american men to look for foreign brides of all stripes, not the mail-order bride phenomenon- which is certainly rooted in economic disparity.

Basically, Im saying that the feminist movement is "defeminizing" women by turning them into men-alikes, and that its not an axiomatically good thing to do.
