Re: Idealised Depictions of White Men ... in Japanese Women's Media (Score: 1) by ac2004 on Wednesday, March 24 @ 06:26:36 EST (User Info | Send a Message) | SrinTuar - the fact of the matter is that (1) you're a racist; and (2) you're an idiot.
2nd point first: Just like the other Whiteboy trolls who come onto Asian/Asian American empowerment sites in order to try to disempower us, you accuse me and others of things that are completely illogical and irrational. "Selfish?" If loving who I am as an Asian and a human being is "selfish," then I guess that's true. But you ought to go look up the definition of "selfish" in an English language dictionary ... assuming that you are literate.
As for point number 1: Yes, you're a racist and so are other people who have an "Asian fetish." Racism is defined as treating someone negatively on the basis of race. You (and other White dudes with a 'thing' for Asians) definitely treat Asian/AsianAm males negatively based on our race. You may think you are treating our sisters positively based on their supposed 'china doll'/'geish' looks or ways, but this kind of attitude is negative. Asian/AsianAm women/girls get treated as objects and are harrased or even sexually abused in ways that are specific to their race (and beyond what even White women unfortuantely endure) because of your type of attitude.
ric, I appreciate you sticking up for me bro. |
