Yes, FANTASTIC ARTICLE! *claps*

Finally, academic research into the HUGE ELEPHANT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ASIAN ROOM! Not worth academic inquiry MY *SS!

In researching and attempting to explicate these forces, Kelsky time and again came across indignation and resentment—from western men who rejected her suggestion that their sudden ascent in the desirability stakes was the product of socio-historical forces—and from Japanese women who insisted that they just 'happened' to have fallen in love with a foreigner.

Gee, how many times have we heard this before??? Why can't people just be honest about these core factors and get over it?

Ok, OK, you got us...!!

I will freely admit (as a white man), that I find east asian women attractive! That's right, no "just two persons falling in love" or other explanations from me...those are tame and politically correct excuses from mistaken liberal white guys/east asian women, which have (rightly) been done away with.

Some persons prefer tall/small/blonde/black-haired/middle-eastern/intelligent/not-so-intelligent/etc. partners. I (and some other european men) find east asian looks and/or personalities attractive in a woman.
For a few persons these preference develops into a regular obsession, or "fetisch" if you will, where they can't date anybody else than their preferred type. This is not the case for most people, however.

Of course "east asianness" isn't - can never be - and should never be the sole factor when falling in love with a woman. All the rest have to fit as well; personality, lifestyle etc. etc.

Having said this I still find east asian women more attractive than other women. This is not to a degree where I haven't dated other women as well, just that you know...
